Google +1 Game Changer?

Search engine marketing just got more social and interesting.  With Google’s implementation of +1, Google’s version of the “Like” button, it’s very likely that your social graph will impact search results to an even greater degree.  Will it change the world causing some sites to evolve and others to go the way of the dinosaurs?  Likely not, but used in the proper context it could further increase the relevance of hyper-local search to local businesses.
